Electric Vehicle Charging Bay Flooring example by RESYN

Electric Vehicle Charging Bay Flooring

It’s an exciting time for RESYN as we’re moving forwards with our plan to become a greener company and improve our carbon footprint. One of the ways we’re planning to do this, is by transitioning our vehicles to electric. We’ve recently upgraded our parking facilities to include electric vehicle charging bay flooring in preparation for turning our fleet of vans electric.

The UK government have appointed an ‘Office for Zero Emission Vehicles (OZEV)’ who are actively encouraging the use of low-emission vehicles, alongside their delivery plan to be net-zero by 2050. At RESYN, we wanted to get ahead of the curve and start rolling out our own plans sooner rather than later.

As many other companies also look to electric vehicles, the need for charging these cars will be on the rise with many workplaces installing charging bays for themselves, or their patrons. At RESYN, we already have experience with installing Car Park Flooring using Degafloor’s four-car park product range.

By marking out the electric vehicle charging bay flooring with suitable space, colours and signage, patrons or employees will be able to easily identify and understand their purpose,  and use them where required. They can also see when a company is making its own steps to becoming greener and carbon conscious, which we believe is a win all round.

Our installation team are experienced in laying the Degafloor Car Park Systems, ensuring a high-quality installation of electric vehicle charging bay flooring which will stand the test of time. They work efficiently and can provide your company with a solution that’s curable within 1-hour and completely ready with a turnaround time of 1 day.

In order to use a Degafloor product, the RESYN team had to undergo specific training and become a certified Degafloor Approved Installer
