Our Process

Each step of our process is meticulously planned and executed. We deliver a service tailored to your business and your specific requirements. From consultation to aftercare, our team will be on hand to make the process seamless.

1. Consultation 

When you contact us for an initial consultation, our experienced advisors will take the time to understand your specific needs and requirements to create a detailed project brief. This includes outlining:

  • Products and systems
  • Surface preparation
  • Area size
  • Programme requirements
  • Surrounding environment
  • Budget

2. Quotation 

Once we have completed the consultation process, we’ll provide you with a quotation based on our findings and your specific requirements, including details of:

  • Processes
  • Products and systems required
  • Project costs
  • Project specifics
  • Programme requirements

3. Pre-Start Consultation 

Your project will be assigned to a dedicated Contracts Manager and alongside your Account Manager they will be responsible for reviewing and agreeing on site- specific details like dates, start times, risk and methods statements and details on the installation teams.

4. Installation 

Our experienced installation teams will attend your site and carry out the installation to the highest of standards. The teams are briefed prior to installation and will follow all the details listed in the previous steps, the agreed quotation, and site-specific requirements. These also include:

  • Site inductions
  • H&S monitoring
  • Project sign off

5. Post Installation  

Once we have finished the installation and you are happy with our work, we’ll stay in touch to assist with any further support you might need. Our aftercare services include:

  • Cleaning and maintenance advice 
  • Customer feedback
  • Inspections 
  • Rapid response repairs
