Self-Levelling Polyurethane Flooring

Flow-applied, self-levelling polyurethane

Self-levelling polyurethane systems are flow applied by our expert flooring teams to a 2-4mm finish, project dependent. Suitable for use on concrete, polymer-modified cementitious screeds and 25mm WBP plywood*, once poured, the self-levelling polyurethane smooths out, leaving a matt, mono-coloured seamless finish.

FeRFA classification for Flow Applied Flooring

FeRFA – The Resin Flooring Association – classifies self-levelling flooring as a ‘Type 5’ medium to heavy-duty, meaning it is suitable for regular foot traffic, frequent forklift traffic and occasional hard plastic-wheeled trolleys.

Self-levelling polyurethane is easily cleaned, seamless and demonstrates outstanding chemical resistance. These properties make self-levelling PU an ideal specification for demanding industrial environments, such as pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Self-levelling polyurethane is available in a vast range of colours. It is important to note that lighter colours, blues and yellows can be prone to colour change when exposed to UV light.

For projects where time is critical, fast cure polyurethane variants are available.
