Sports Stadia Flooring
Having invested in the new state-of-the-art Walkers Stadium, Leicester City FC wanted to ensure the safety of supporters by making the concourse areas slip-resistant. They contacted us to install new flooring to solve the problem.
The existing power-floated concrete was causing concern to the club as the finish was becoming very slippery, and the risk of potential accidents on match days was increasing. At RESYN, we have years of experience installing sports stadium flooring, and we were happy to help.
To resolve these concerns, RESYN was appointed and specified the slip-resistant Degafloor FB system, as previously used and recommended by Celtic Park and Leeds Utd. The system was installed in blue and white to match team colours.
Impressed with the service received and the suitability of the product, the club invited RESYN back to complete a further sports stadia flooring.
