RESYN have gone green for the environment and achieved the green environmental accreditation for the 2nd year running.
Ways we are working towards sustainability
- Helping the local community
- Reducing landfill waste
- Reduce, Re-use, Recycle
- Working towards a paperless office
- Reducing our carbon footprint
With the environment becoming an ever-increasingly hot topic, companies are urged to consider their environmental impact and look at ways of making their businesses more sustainable. RESYN recognises the importance of reducing the negative impacts of daily business activities and has taken a proactive approach. RESYN has gone green for the environment by enrolling in a local environmental initiative.
Our commitment to the environment
The company has now committed to the environmental principles of its business operations and aims to achieve Green accreditation again in 2016. RESYN is continually working to improve environmental sustainability.
Other activities we take part in include The Zero Waste Week Challenge where we aim to reduce our wastage and refuse to throw anything out for a whole week. It gives the team time to reflect on the materials we use, how we use them and what happens with any leftovers or remaining materials.
Looking after the planet and helping create a sustainable future is a concern to everyone in our company and we’re hoping to help one step at a time. With over 40+ years of experience, we know a thing or two about high-performance resin and how it can be applied safely and efficiently without harming others and the environment. We work with businesses in many sectors, including retail, manufacturing, education, leisure, pharmaceutical and healthcare, sports and public sector organisations.
Going green for the environment is a key priority, and we’re taking steps to minimise our impact on the world by following an Environmental Management System. We only use suppliers committed to reducing their carbon emissions, allowing us to reduce our footprint as much as possible.
